Beginning immediately, all Young Living Essential Oils, LC, (“Young Living”) members residing in the United States who purchase two of any of the Slique product kits in consecutive months, including Slique Maintain, Slique Assist, Slique Advance, and Slique Complete (hereinafter “Slique Product”), will qualify for Young Living’s satisfaction guaranty.
If the Young Living member is not completely satisfied with the Slique Product after using it as directed for a period of 60 consecutive days (“Trial Period”), the Young Living member will be required to contact the Young Living Member Services department within 15 days of the end of the Trial Period and mail all Required Information (defined below) to claim the product credit equal to the price of the Slique Product purchased, excluding all taxes, shipping, handling, and commissions paid on the original purchase.
If a Young Living member qualifies under this offer and is not completely satisfied with the Slique Product purchase, the Young Living member can contact Young Living Member Services by phone at 1.800.371.3515 within 15 days of the end of the Trial Period to claim the product credit.
The Young Living member will be required to mail the following information to Young Living Essential Oils, LC, at 3125 Executive Parkway, Lehi, Utah 84043:
1. Proof of purchase (empty packaging) from each of the Slique Products contained within the kits for which he or she is seeking a refund.
2. His or her member number.
3. A signed statement that he or she used the product as directed for 60 days (collectively “Required Information”).
Young Living reserves the right to deny requests for product credit in its sole discretion if the qualifying Young Living member fails to contact Young Living’s Member Services department within 15 days after the Trial Period and/or does not mail all of the Required Information to Young Living within 30 days following the notice to Young Living as specified herein.
Upon Young Living’s receipt of both (i) notice within 15 days following the Trial Period and (ii) receipt of the Required Information, Young Living will provide the Young Living member a product credit equal to the purchase price of the Slique Product, excluding taxes, shipping, handling, and commission paid on the original purchase. The product credit will be applied within 10 days following receipt of the Required Information.
