Idaho tansy (Tanacetum vulgare) has a pungent aroma that stimulates a positive attitude and a
general feeling of wellbeing. This oil has been used extensively to deter pests.
Listed in E. Joseph Montagna's The Herbal Desk Reference on herbal formulas, tansy is
soothing to the skin. This oil is grown and distilled at the Young Living Farms.
Idaho Tansy essential Oil may be supportive to the immune system in helping to fight the flu, colds and infections. It may also be beneficial for stomach conditions, arthritis symptoms and possibly tumors.
It has been shown to soothe the bowels and tone the entire system. The properties in this oil may help with aneurysms, bruises, diarrhea, dyspepsia, freckles, gout, heart disorders, inflamed eyes, irritable bowel syndrome, jaundice, kidneys, liver spots, palpitations, respiratory system, rheumatism, sciatica, sprains, sunburn, toothaches, tuberculosis and vomiting.
