Melaleuca alternifolia is highly regarded for its wide range of uses.
Melaleuca alternifolia supports the immune system* and is beneficial for the skin.
Commonly known as Tea Tree Oil.
How to use: For dietary, aromatic or topical use. When using as a supplement,
put one drop in a capsule or in 4 fl. oz. of soy or rice milk.
Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician.
Dilution recommended for topical use. Dilute before using on sensitive areas such as the
face, neck, genital area, etc. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on infants and
very small children.

How is Melaleuca alternifolia essential oil used?

Action: Anti-infectious, antibacterial (large spectrum action of gram positive and gram
negative bacteria), antifungal, antiviral, antiparasitic, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory,
immunostimulant, cardiotonic, decongestant of the veins, reduces phlebitis, neurotonic, analgesic,
and protects against radiation.
Traditional Uses: Highly regarded as an antimicrobial and antiseptic essential oil.
It has high levels of terpinenol, which is the key active constituent.
Indications: Athlete’s foot, fungal infections, bronchitis, respiratory infections,
gum disease, rash, sore throat, sunburn, tonsillitis, and vaginal thrush.
Other Uses: This oil may help acne, burns, candida, cold sores, inflammation, viral infections,
ingrown nails, warts, and wounds (promotes healing).
Application: Diffuse or apply topically. Safe for use on children and pets.
Fragrant Influence: Promotes cleansing and purity.
Safety Data: If currently under a doctor’s care or pregnant, consult physician prior to use. Repeated use can possibly result in contact sensitization.
