cold and flu season. Pure Aromatherapy grade Ginger essential oil (zingiber officinale) is a
natural remedy for motion sickness, sea sickness, morning sickness and nausea. In addition,
Ginger oil is helpful relieving flatulence and provides a natural remedy for excess gas,
abdominal pain and bloating.
Ginger has an approximate ORAC of 992,571 (TE/L).

How to Use Ginger Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil
For dietary or topical use.
Traditional uses for Ginger essential oil include as a treatment for colds, flus, rheumatism,
and muscle tension. Ginger reduces morning sickness and motion sickness. It is also reputed to
be an aphrodisiac.
When using as a supplement, dilute one drop in 4 fl.
oz. of liquid such as soy or rice milk.
Possible skin sensitivity. If pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult your physician.
Dilution recommended for both topical and internal use.
Dilute before using on sensitive areas such as the face, neck, genital area, etc.
Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on infants and very small children.
