Eucalyptus radiata, antiviral for the respiratory tract. These two oils really know where to
go and how to address the issues of respiratory problems. Peppermint is for calming and soothing,
but Peppermint is also a personifier, it also acts as a driving force. You put Peppermint with
any other oil and it will push it quicker through the subdermal tissues or the derma tissues.
It's a great transport mechanism in the interstitial fluids through the interstitial tissues.
Peppermint is powerful for the nerves and the nervous system.

Ravensara (Ravensara aromatica) is referred to by the people of Madagascar as the oil that heals. Ravensara is antiseptic, anti-infectious, antiviral, antibacterial, antifundal, expectorant, and supporting to the nerves. Similar to clove and nutmeg, ravensara may aid the respiratory system. Ravensara has been shown to help with flu, sinusitis, bronchitis, herpes, infectious mononucleosis, and rhinopharyngitis.
Lemon (Citrus limon) promotes a sense of well-being. Lemon's fragrance is stimulating and invigorating. Lemon has antiseptic-like properties and contains compounds that have been studied for their effects on immune function. Lemon oil increases microcirculation, which may improve vision. Lemon oil has also been found to promote leukocyte formation, dissolve cellulite, increase lymphatic function.
Wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbens) is often included in formulas for respiratory conditions and to open the breathing passages. Wintergreen is high in methyl salicylate, the dried leaf and stem are listed in the British Herbal Pharmacopoeia as specific for rheumatoid arthritis. Wintergreen is often added to liniments and ointments to help ease muscle and joint pains.
Peppermint (Mentha piperita) is useful for many kinds of respiratory conditions, including bronchitis and pneumonia. High in menthol and menthone, peppermint helps suppress coughs and clears lung and nasal congestion.
Eucalyptus radiata may have a profound antiviral effect upon the respiratory system. It may also halp reduce inflammation of the nasal mucous membrane.
